Electrocast AZS (alumina-zirconium-silicate) refractory blocks for glass-melting furnaces
AZS refractory blocks are manufactured by fusing of raw material completely into the mould, then it proceeds with further processes of cooling and burning. According to the content of ZrO2 there are following kinds of AZS: AZS-33, AZS-36, AZS-41, and by the casting method – with regular/normal (PT/RC/NC), oriented (TC/OC/QX), reduced cavity (ZWS/ENC/EC/RC), or without cavity – void free (WS/VF/FC).

Electrically fused cast blocks AZS-33, AZS-36, AZS-41 are widely applied at stacking walls, the top structure of the furnace and the channel of a feeder.
